Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day technical support across the commercial food and beverage equipment portfolio, ensuring equipment performance meets operational, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical issues, coach technicians and customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve high-level equipment issues.
  • Support development of technical documentation, participate in equipment trials, and ensure accurate equipment configuration and testing before dispatch.

Key Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Refrigeration, Electrical or Electromechanical or related trade qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Proficiency in reading electrical and plumbing schematics
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training delivery
  • Proficiency in safe use of hand and power tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
