Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS degree in Chemistry or Engineering
Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience
Knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations
Experience with process validation activities
Proficiency in SAP systems and eBR
Nice-to-have
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with technical transfer projects
Strong project management capabilities
Ability to articulate business vision
Teamwork and communication skills
