Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in public health or medicine
Minimum three years of job-related experience
Excellent organizational skills and deadline management
Strong oral and written proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
Field-oriented team approach to programming
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting PHC or community health systems strengthening
English language fluency
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Candidates currently living in Surabaya preferred
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years experience
Understanding of Indonesia's primary health care system
