Must-have
Building services maintenance experience
Corporate client-facing buildings
12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off
Respond to Building Management System alarms
Maintain critical cooling water systems
Safe working practices adherence

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments
LV Authorised Person (Bonus)
