Job Summary
Plan, lead, and facilitate interactive, play-based parent/child classes for children aged 0–5 and design and conduct parenting group classes and workshops.
Conduct child developmental screenings, provide guidance and follow-up strategies, and refer families to appropriate resources as needed.
Foster a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom environment and offer individualized support to parents, helping them access resources, navigate challenges, and strengthen their role as their child’s first teacher.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year experience
Experience facilitating parent/child classes
Experience with Black and African American families
