This role is responsible for continuous improvement and productivity projects in assigned areas of the plant, including standard work and time maintenance, and line balancing.
The Plant Industrial Engineer will work with represented team members and production management to implement engineering changes, resolve Ergo issues, and ensure proper part routings.
