• As Chief Growth Officer for our clinical development technology portfolio, you will set the strategy and lead execution to deliver predictable, sustainable growth across enterprise customers in biopharma and healthcare.
• Build the Growth Function: Architect an end-to-end growth operating model. Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performance team; elevate processes and tooling across Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, and Marketing.
• The annual base salary (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $213,760.80 - 320,641.20.
