Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year customer-focused service experience
  • Valid Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification Card within 90 days
  • Current CPR certification within 90 days
  • Valid driver’s license with automobile liability coverage if personal vehicle used
  • CPI certification within six months
  • Preferred: IAHSS Basic Healthcare Security Officer certification within twelve months
