Job Summary
As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Member, you’ll support the operational teams and with your ICQA Leader in defect resolution, specifically focused on inventory within stored locations in the building.
You will audit and resolve defects, within an assigned Service Level Agreement (SLA) and then research and document root cause for follow-up to address the issue moving forward to ultimately improve inventory accuracy.

Key Requirements
2 years prior work experience
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs. frequently and up to 60lbs. occasionally
Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction
Ability to research defects/issues and root cause the drivers of those defects
Ability to navigate web-based ICQA reporting and forms
Ability to perform basic data entry and analysis in excel
