Job Summary

  • Establish a team culture in which swimmers exhibit team spirit and sportsmanship, are passionate about swimming, excited to come to practice each day, and thrive on competition.
  • Manage administrative aspects of the swim team, including but not limited to: swimmer registration, practice schedules, creating and executing age-appropriate workouts, meet strategy, meet entry, meet setup, and parent communication.
  • The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is currently seeking a Summer League Assistant Swim Coach at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge to direct the summer swim team program that prepares swimmers ages 5-18 years to compete in the Midlakes Swim League in Washington State!
