  • 24 semester hours post high school education
  • Combination of education and experience
  • Experience with computer software programs
  • One or more years experience in child support program
  • One or more years experience using CHARTS system
  • One or more years experience using N-FOCUS system
  • One or more years experience analyzing regulations
