Key Requirements

  • MBA or bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics
  • English Proficient
  • At least 8 years in similar roles in multinational companies, preferred in manufacturing
  • Advanced with financial software & tools (S4, IBM, HFM, Oracle…)
  • Advanced Knowledge of financial regulations (VAS & IFRS Reporting)
  • Worked in medium to large sized team
  • Have experiences working with Regional/Central/Global teams
  • Process experts not only within controlling but also operational processes
  • Excellent analytical & numerical skills (Excel, Power BI/ Macro VBA is a plus)
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
