Job Summary
Responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers, as well as scheduling service to be performed.
Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance, advises customers on necessary and recommended services, and offers additional services and repairs.
The position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts possibly including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of automotive or customer service experience
Working knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
