  • Monitor metrics during large network events
  • Understand HTTP/s, TCP/IP, TLS, and DNS
  • Navigate modern SaaS control panels and RESTful APIs

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years in technical support, sysadmin, or network role
  • Demonstrated understanding of internet protocols
  • Recent coding bootcamp graduates with VCL, Python, Ruby/Go, JavaScript, Rust
  • Customer-facing business acumen
  • Understanding of network related telemetry
  • Understanding of networking, including BGP, internet routing
