The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities include administering medications, charting, resident assessment, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
The role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
