• This role partners closely with product managers, risk and compliance, operations, marketing, and third-party vendors to drive strategic initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Manage comprehensive communication and stakeholder engagement plans including product training programs and operational procedures so internal partners and customers are updated on new product enhancements.
