Job Summary
The Operational Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the daily review and resolution of duplicate records, ticket review, research, documentation verification, and campus-focused reports.
This position will also support operational and hygiene tasks such as customer changes, org studio, and unassigned tasks.
This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours of work per week, not exceeding 1500 hours per fiscal year.
