Drive strategic direction and operational accountability for high-impact programs including CSA Bonus/Liquidated Damage (BLD), Escalation Factor, and Non-Capital Parts Tracking.
Act as the business and technology liaison for all CSA Data & Analytics needs, driving adoption of Databricks and Power BI across stakeholders.
