This role involves managing the Flight Control Team and PAM Crew through all phases of training, simulation, and real-time mission execution.
The incumbent will serve as the certification authority for FCT qualifications and own the crew training schedule in coordination with NASA, SpaceX, and other stakeholders.
Candidates must be prepared to make time-critical decisions during real-time mission execution while maintaining alignment with ISS FOD protocols and flight rules.
