As a Lilly Sales Consultant, you will enhance the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering optimal pharmaceutical-based healthcare solutions to our customers.
Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).

$75,000 - $149,600; Bonus/Equity: Participation in Lilly Sales Incentive Program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit program including pension, vacation, healthcare, life insurance, well-being benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous experience with Specialists and GPs
Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant role
Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships
Proficiency in data analysis
Hospital and/or account sales experience
Recent recognition of leadership, teamwork, customer focus, and performance
Experience managing regional, national, and global thought leaders
