Job Summary
Responsible for KONE's edge device technical planning and system architecture, tracking industry trends to ensure advanced, feasible, and scalable technology roadmaps.
Collaborate efficiently with product, suppliers (ODM), testing, and external partners, and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve project bottlenecks and ensure timely completion.
Responsible for the construction and management of the hardware team, including talent selection, development, performance evaluation, and capability ladder building.
