coordinate audit requests and ensure timely responses
resolve complex internal and external queries
oversee third-party administrators and service providers
manage net asset value (NAV) and distribution oversight
Nice-to-have
build or enhance digital tools to reduce risk
client service support to internal business units
prepare materials for fund boards and audit committees
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
3–4 years’ experience in mutual funds, operations, or financial services
Experience with OneTIS is an advantage
Proficiency in Excel and Windows
Experience with analytics and automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Python)
