This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating first-party property claims to ensure optimal resolution while maintaining full compliance with state regulations.

Base: $67,000.00 - $110,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive awards available; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) match, pension plan, 20 days PTO

Must-have
Outside property claim handling experience
Valid driver's license required
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
Knowledge of Xactimate estimating system
Participation in catastrophe response deployment
Nice-to-have
Mentoring and coaching less experienced staff
Multi-line claim handling skills
Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience with legal proceedings like depositions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
One year outside property claim experience or training completion
