Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Analyst for their Project & Development Services team, focusing on strategic planning and integrated scheduling for capital construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction project planning, expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, and excellent communication skills

Job Summary

  • Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules so that capital construction projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
  • 4 or more years of experience as a planner/scheduler
  • Expertise using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Exemplary communication skills - both oral and written
