Job Responsibilities Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching and support staff Foster positive teamwork and collaboration among team members Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health, and safety regulations at all times Build and maintain positive partnerships with parents and stakeholders. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching and Leadership Hands-on experience in managing administrative and operational aspects of a preschool environment Strong interpersonal, leadership, and people-management skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Good command of spoken and written English At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader Work Location Bedok & Marine Drive
