Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data & analytics delivery
  • Proven experience leading data and analytics workstreams
  • Strong understanding of retail data domains
  • Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, test cycles, and cutover readiness
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to have
