Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and field-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our world-class automated particleboard manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC.
In this role, you will take full ownership of electrical systems, from design and integration to troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the maintenance team.
You will serve as a key technical leader and mentor on the floor, leading by example and personally solving real-time production challenges.

2+ years hands-on electrical experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
