Job Summary

  • Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the commercial organization, driving sustainable growth and profitability through robust financial planning, pricing governance, investment discipline, and insightful performance analysis.
  • Lead weekly sales and P&L forecasts, including Rolling Forecast and annual Budget cycles, and partner with Marketing on NPD business cases.
  • Coach team members and provide financial knowledge training to business partners, while collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
