Job Summary

  • To handle the Compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other Corporate Laws Well versed with SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI (PIT) Regulations and other SEBI regulations, etc to handle the compliance of Listed entities.
  • Support in conducting Board meetings, Boards Committee Meetings & Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings; Drafting of Agenda and Minutes for the several meetings of Directors of Listed Companies and private companies; Drafting Annual Reports of Listed Companies and Private Companies.
