Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of directly related experience
  • Directly related experience in a public procurement setting
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal procurement regulations
  • Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB)
  • Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO)
  • NIGP Certified Procurement Professional (NIGP-CPP)
