Key Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Registered Nurse
  • Background in medical social work, nursing or case management
  • Clinical medicine or direct patient care experience
  • Hospital setting experience preferred
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with on-call rotation
  • Residency in NYC, New Jersey, Long Island, or Connecticut
