• Working closely with Solution Consulting, you will turn use cases and deal requirements into demo scenarios and help ensure the underlying configuration, data, and scripts are ready to support high-quality customer conversations.

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years in a solutions based position
• Workday or similar HCM/enterprise applications experience
• Core HCM hands-on experience
• Talent, Learning, or Compensation experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Clear written documentation skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mindset
• Ability to manage workload with limited oversight
• Ability to travel periodically
