Accountable for leading, guiding & directing the functional responsibilities within an area of assignment to enable ministry-level or enterprise-wide functional strategy.
Leads the strategic direction, planning, and execution of the Hospital Turnaround / Best Practice Program across the health system, overseeing identification, assessment, prioritization, and intervention in underperforming hospitals.
Builds and sustains a culture of continuous performance improvement within the program and across the enterprise, promoting data-driven decision-making, process simplification, standardization, and measurable impacts on cost reduction, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and quality.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
10-15 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, financial management, or performance improvement
5 years director-level or equivalent overseeing turnaround/restructuring
3-5 years external consulting experience in healthcare operations improvement
Proficient knowledge in seven business operations disciplines
Expert level knowledge in at least four business operations disciplines
