Job Summary

• The Janitorial Manager oversees the delivery, quality, and performance of all custodial and cleaning services across client facilities.
• This role provides daily leadership to the janitorial team, ensures service standards are consistently met, and acts as a primary point of contact for the customer.

• Five (5) years janitorial management experience
• Manage teams of 20 or more employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
