  • As a Crew Leader, you will lead and direct manufacturing plant operations, exercising creativity, perception, and initiative with significant latitude for independent judgment and action.
  • You will have immediate responsibility over people leaders in manufacturing operations and the execution of plant business processes, assuring that organizational or divisional production objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.
