Base: $103,100.00–$155,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and ESPP
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
Experience in GMP regulated environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Nice-to-have
Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to build trust
Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions
Experience guiding and mentoring teams in continuous improvement methodologies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years experience or Advanced Degree plus 3 years
Preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Desirable PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience in manufacturing, clinical, pharmaceutical or regulated environments
