Job Summary

  • Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve both Dealer and Customer business objectives by driving process excellence through best-in-class demand planning and execution.
  • Work closely with our mining dealers and customers on the creation and transmission of their long-term component repair forecast and ensure adequate component coverage across a dealer's service fleet.
