The Senior Compliance Specialist ensures clinical trials are performed in compliance with local laws and regulations, industry standards, and Johnson & Johnson global processes and procedures.
Key responsibilities include performing compliance monitoring visits, conducting local QC checks, supporting root cause analysis, and facilitating local inspections and audits.
This role involves providing advice on SOPs, systems, and GCP questions, as well as supporting the local impact assessment of global procedural documents.
