Lead and coordinate railcar repair, cleaning, blasting, valve, coating, and preparation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all requirements.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and lead approximately 15 hourly employees, driving daily execution and continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
