• The Field Medical Alignment Director supports the achievement of scientific and medical strategies across the portfolio of Company Products, serving as part of the Country Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
• Key responsibilities include ensuring alignment and optimization of strategy as well as execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams and streamlining bi-directional communications.
• The role requires an advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree, at least 5 years of field medical affairs experience with leadership demonstration, and a minimum of 3 years working in oncology.
