Job Summary
Direct, supervise, and schedule all aspects of operations including building and grounds, maintenance, technical services, event operations, conversion and room setup including ADA compliance, public safety, and custodial services.
Plan, organize, and coordinate all daily operational activities to ensure the venue’s readiness for events and ensure smooth event operations, addressing any on-site issues promptly to maintain service quality and safety.
Assist the Director in the preparation of the Annual Operating Budget and recommend a capital budget for 1-year and 5-year long-range repairs and improvements to the facility.
