Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related
Operational procurement or supply chain experience
Experience managing site-level procurement
Experience using procurement tools, spend analysis, and ERP systems
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Professional certification (CIPS or CPSM) preferred
Experience in regulated manufacturing or life sciences preferred
Background in Direct Materials, capital expenditure sourcing or technical services preferred
Continuous improvement methodologies training preferred
Strong financial skills including budgeting and cost control preferred
