Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years of HR experience
  • High school diploma and 6 years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience conducting mediations
  • Completion of OSHR’s State Mediation Training
  • Demonstrated experience conducting investigations
  • Current permanent and temporary NC State Government and/or University employees or layoff candidates
