Job Summary

  • As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our global Service & Customer Care team by providing technical 2nd Level Support for our entire range of light microscopy products.
  • You will be responsible for handling technical 2nd Level Support for our globally active service technicians via phone, email, and remote support, and on-site support if necessary.
  • Proactive participation in the design of service training for service technicians and independent execution of these service trainings in German and English are key responsibilities.
