Responsibilities include administering medications, completing detailed charting, managing incident reports, and participating in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
