Key Requirements

  • Current Indiana or compact state RN license
  • BLS for Healthcare provider required
  • ACLS for Healthcare provider required
  • NIHSS certification required
  • PALS for Healthcare provider required within 1 year
  • Minimum of two years previous nursing experience
