Job Summary

• Serve as the Finance Business Partner for three Product business heads, performing complex historical and predictive analyses to support finance processes and identify trends.
• Lead the selection of methodologies and key assumptions for short-term and long-range forecasts, participate in developing annual operating, capital, and strategic plans, and analyze the financial impact of new products and initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements leveraging automation and AI to enhance team efficiency and service standards, while building effective relationships across Finance and relevant functional teams.

• 10-12 years of experience
