Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years delivering DoD facilities projects
  • 7+ years senior leadership with P&L accountability
  • Experience winning major programs with USACE NAVFAC AFCEC
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes MILCON
  • Ability to lead distributed teams in matrixed organization

Nice-to-have

  • Active security clearance Secret or above
  • Experience with Indo-Pacific and polar infrastructure
  • Prior service or deep network within defense communities
  • Advanced degree MBA MS M.Arch or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to project sites

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management Business
  • 15+ years experience in DoD allied defense facilities
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L accountability
  • Demonstrated success with USACE NAVFAC AFCEC clients
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and MILCON
