  • Assist in the approval and review process on high-risk transactions and/or customers of the pension business.
  • Prepare suspicious transaction reports as requested by Compliance and liaise with external vendors for company search report extraction.
  • Identify areas of improvement and streamline existing procedures and workflows to enhance customer experience and strengthen control.
