Job Summary
Ensure all operational aspects of the banquet and catering department, and provide the best customer service to organizers and guests.
Participate in recruitment, selection, training, and development of all banquet staff to ensure service productivity, and execute administrative tasks including payroll, performance reviews, and supplier orders.
Analyze finances, forecast, control employee productivity according to established budgets, and supervise the setup of rooms, banquet service, and ensure the cleanliness of the convention center.
