  • Ensure all operational aspects of the banquet and catering department, and provide the best customer service to organizers and guests.
  • Participate in recruitment, selection, training, and development of all banquet staff to ensure service productivity, and execute administrative tasks including payroll, performance reviews, and supplier orders.
  • Analyze finances, forecast, control employee productivity according to established budgets, and supervise the setup of rooms, banquet service, and ensure the cleanliness of the convention center.
